Chairman and Managing Director
Dr. Priyanka Mokshmar is the CMD of Vaayu Aircon, an innovative HVAC company she founded in 2014. With over 12 years of experience in academia and a robust educational background, she has led Vaayu to become a recognized startup, earning numerous awards including the Skoch Award, India’s Most Innovative Initiative, and Top 100 SME Award 2019 by MSME. Dr. Mokshmar has been honored with several prestigious accolades such as the Top Women in Tech Award 2019 by Business World, Top 30 Woman Entrepreneur by NITI Aayog in 2020, and was selected for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program at IIM Bangalore. She has been featured in media outlets like YourStory and The Better India, and represented her company’s technology internationally in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Mr. Pranav Mokshmar is the visionary founder and chief innovator behind Vaayu, renowned for developing the innovative Vaayu Hybrid AHUs (Air Handling Units). With a strong background in sales leadership from his tenure at leading MNCs like LG and Samsung, he leveraged his experience to establish Vaayu as a trusted brand in the HVAC industry. Driven by his passion for research and development, Mr. Mokshmar has earned multiple patents and continues to pioneer advancements in HVAC technology, focusing on efficiency and sustainability. His leadership and commitment to quality have been instrumental in Vaayu's growth and success, positioning it as a preferred choice in the market. Mr. Mokshmar's journey from a sales leader to a first-generation entrepreneur exemplifies his dedication to innovation and excellence in the industry.
Director - Business Growth
An IIT Madras alumni, MBA in Finance with an expertise in business and international operations, business development, product innovations, manufacturing operations, supply chain, business process and system optimizations, ESG, business acquisitions along with having successfully implemented two different green field projects. With his rich experience of leading teams from diverse cultures, languages and ethnicity globally, he brings on board an immense pool of experience to amplify the growth
